A Chinese literary titan, Liang Shih‐Chiu was an essayist, a translator, and also an educator. His former residence, the Liang Shih‐Chiu House, is a rare Taiwanese example of a well‐preserved writer’s residence. The Liang Shih‐Chiu House has been restored with funding from the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). Donations of artifacts from the Liang family, the University faculty, and the public, have contributed to the making of this exhibition.

This exhibition brought together the objects and architecture to present the life of Liang Shih‐Chiu and his profound influence in education. The exhibition consists of five sections: The Origin of the House, Biographical Timeline of Liang Shih‐Chiu, The Liang Shih‐Chiu Classroom, Moving to Seattle, and Diligence in the Twilight Years.
